PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Project Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking project compliance documentation, ensuring all project team members are kept abreast of the most current project information and documentation, and providing general administrative support to project teams.


PROJECT ADMIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains open communication channels with vendors and subcontractors to ensure they are current with various compliance standards.
  • Collaborates with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure invoices and statements are accurate under the direction of the Project Managers.
  • Attends and records project meetings and follows up with appropriate departments with up-to-date, project related documentation and requirements.
  • Assists Project Manager with monitoring, tracking, and obtaining ongoing subcontractor executions, pay applications, proper supporting documentation, and completion certifications.
  • Assist Project Engineers with collecting submittals, closeout, and warranty documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist Superintendent in coordinating site safety stand downs, project meetings, and events.
  • Scans, uploads, organizes, and files on-site documentation to Procore and/or Egnyte in a timely manner
  • Upholds company safety culture and policies regarding all observed safety issues.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as ordering project-related office supplies, providing administrative support to project teams.
  • Participates in development activities to improve and standardize Conger Construction Group project functions.

PROJECT ADMIN CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS


  • Project coordinator experience preferred
  • Administrative experience required
  • Construction or similar experience preferred
  • Tech savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and great follow through
