Job description
The Programmer will develop and maintain client interface applications in the Accounts Receivable Management space; build tools and software libraries to create a robust and efficient development environment; provide production support for RGS systems. The Programmer will apply best practices and continuous improvement to RGS development processes and products
Essential Functions
- Gather requirements and build functional specifications for project requests
- Complete documentation for business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the development team and business teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements
- Develop solutions to meet requirements analysis, application design, code development, testing, production issue resolution and escalation process for Client interfaces as assigned for position and responsibilities (Back End C# .NET, SQL, SSIS, etc.)
- Build, maintain and implement the source code that makes up the application or program. Design the prototype application, indicate program unit structure, oversee application plans with the development team or client
- Focus on scalability, automation and keep pace for assigned role.
- Adhere to technical standards, estimation guidelines and best practices
- Adhere to the Company practices outlined by Information Security Management System
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, with functional area and with Company policies and procedures
- Keep regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements
- Must adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures
- Provide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement. Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of related experience required.
- Previous work portfolio or work link preferred.
- Relevant experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Exceptional problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to analyze and develop business scenarios
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to work effectively in a team fostered and multi-tasked environment
