Role:
Atleast 15 years of strong delivery ( onshore –offshore model), program management experience. Across multi geo location.- Preferred – Domain knowledge in Property management / Facility management services
- Overall responsibility for engagement with Customer at Program level. Drives Service Delivery Status Meetings Quarterly/ Annually.
- Coordinates with Customer program leads to set joint goals/ targets, guide in successful management of Objectives
- Drives Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Monitors all contract obligations and ensures compliance (BCP etc.,)
- Ensure healthy business growth in account
- Make account reference able
- Ensure customer satisfaction of 6+ on a scale of 7
- Work closely with delivery managers offshore. Liaison with the client and drive relation
