The Program Manager (PRM) takes complete ownership for all aspects of the program, team members, responsibilities and results. In order to function at the highest level, the PRM understands the criticalness of being proactive, positive, assertive, client service focused and maintaining a whatever-it-takes attitude toward achieving the program objectives.
Role & Performance Expectations:
The PRM is responsible to lead and meet clients / program objectives. This involves leading RFP services, programming/design through project closeout, while sustaining program and project accountability from the client’s perspective. The PRM maintains control and command to ensure we achieve our program and project performance objectives: Client Satisfaction, Company Contribution, Team Development, Profitability, Schedule, Safety, and Quality. The PRM ensures all processes are being well executed and adjusts when any objective shows signs of underperformance. The PRM is also responsible for the business side of the program which is being the primary client interface to stakeholder to ensure financial health.

- Includes climbing, accessing high places, carrying and being in proximity to moving mechanical parts
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking and lifting 20 lbs. or more
- Requires visiting multiple projects sites
