JOB TITLE Program Manager
DEPARTMENT System High Corporation
SALARY Salaried Exempt/Full Time
LOCATION Chantilly, VA or Metro DC Area
Job Purpose & Summary:
System High requires both customer-site and corporate-site program managers that will have the full authority to commit the System High Team, to include sub-contractors, to all operational functions in support of assigned contract(s), and to represent and act for, the company in all matters relative to the execution of those contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)*

Maintain responsibility for all aspects of contract execution including by not limited to employee and customer relations, financial execution, growth, and innovation.

• Develop/provide guidance and direction to System High employees, subcontract teaming partners and consultants on policies with regards to program operations, execution of labor hours, extended work weeks, travel, comp time, etc.
• Maintain accountability for Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned contract and should have Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Time & Materials contract experience.
• Develop and present monthly or quarterly comprehensive Program Management Reviews to customers and/or corporate leadership.

Capability and demonstrated successful experience in planning, budgeting, recruiting, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of professional personnel.

• Ability to interface with clients and develop productive working relationships to meet mission objectives.
• Independent self-starter, proactive, professional, and assertive.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written.
• Demonstrate a high level of professional confidentiality.
• Experience leading personnel across multiple functional and geographic areas.
• Available to work before/after typical office hours as requirements demand.
• Travel may be required.

Clearance*

• TS/SCI is required.
• CI Polygraph is desirable but not required.

Years of Experience/Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in program or project management.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired but not required.
• If candidate is not currently certified, he/she must agree to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.
