Position: Program Manager

Locations: Boston, Salem and Springfield

At Goodwill, the Program Manager plays an essential role in the delivery of Goodwill’s mission services to individuals who face barriers to self-sufficiency. The Program Manager leads a team of individuals who provide a range of services related to the needs of the specific population served. This may include job-readiness, placement and post placement services with a focus on maximizing opportunities in the community as well as delivery of community-focused programs for individuals who are not appropriate for employment at this time.

The incumbent has responsibility for programs that operate on a standard Monday to Friday schedule. This includes outreach to government agencies for referrals; community based organizations for local activities and connections; and/or employers for work opportunities. Oversight responsibility includes coordination of services; engagement of participants, hiring, training and supervision of staff; compliance with regulations; coordination of services; and direct service delivery.

The minimum requirements for this position include:

· Bachelor’s Degree, with 2-3 years of experience in direct service delivery.

· Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Acceptable results of CORI check and other required background checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
