Job description
- Prior work experience with CSP, NPI, Licensing products or product development.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneous.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence. Must have experience in driving daily scrums and agile ceremonies effectively.
- Ability to set priorities and recommend trade-offs to keep teams focused.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done.
- Being able to influence & lead teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams to launch new services or products.
- Realtime working experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Domain knowledge on network security service offerings is a plus
