Job description
We are seeking an Analyst, Program Management to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This will be in the Missile Defense Programs sector. This position will be overseeing component procurement, motor manufacturing, and testing to ensure it is performed on-time, on-budget, and all reports completed. This position will also require managing other duties such as proposals, cost reduction opportunity projects, and other special projects as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple projects demonstrating project leadership with a strong technical team.

This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.
50% - Responsible for the administration and/or operational leadership of a program element(s) or projects under the immediate guidance of the Program Manager. Collaborate with all functions to ensure on-time execute. Ensure timely submittal of all customer data submittals.
25% - Utilize earned value management to manage project establishing earned value baseline. Effectively communicate schedule and budget to functional organizations. Perform variance reviews and implement corrective actions as required to ensure effective earned value & programmatic controls.
- Lead multiple proposals with timely, accurate submittals.
- Collaborate with program team to define scope.
Desirable Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Energetic material manufacturing experience.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Employees in these positions must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to sit or stand and maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; may occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds; may require occasional walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and/or bending; and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat.
