Program Management and Data Business- Vice President
Job description
As a Program Manager, you will act as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, driving, business data strategy and data governance. You will play a significant role in storyboarding content and transforming ideas and concepts into clear concise presentations for a variety of audiences including the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CRE and their peers. The Business Manager will collaborate with the CRE Data management team to drive progress, track statuses, and manage communication channels for our most key initiatives. The role of a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Business Manager is dynamic and in line with the priorities of the CRE Data Management Team objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership and team members to drive progress and visibility on a wide range of projects and daily work
- Simultaneously manage a wide array of communication channels such as monthly newsletters, town hall materials, and regular updates on key priorities
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Collaborate with team members and managers, and continually look for ways to streamline, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills with ability to edit and prepare executive level presentations
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
- Team player and open to an environment of active development and feedback from peers
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in business decisions
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Outstanding judgment, problem solving ability, and resourcefulness
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Prior experience in Business Management or Program Manager role

- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with collaborative working tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Proven capability to deliver timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
- Existing background in data related work environment preferred
- Data visualization/dashboard skills a plus (Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, etc.)
