Position Title: Program Coordinator
Reports To: AVP of Workforce Development
Department: Bridge to Technology Program
Supervises Staff Yes/No: Yes
General Purpose:
The Program Coordinator oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of a Bridge Program. This program is designed to support public assistance recipients through an initial program to enter, enroll and complete advanced training programs to position them for employment in the tech sector. Responsibilities including planning, staff supervision, implementing effective program activities, and achieving fiscal and programmatic goals.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bridge to Technology team in enrollment, case management services, instruction, and job placement
- Developing sustainable goals and strategies to drive performance to meet programmatic goals
- Monitor participant attendance and units of service to ensure programs are meeting objectives and annual budget expectations
- Coordinate with vendor partners to drive recruitment and referrals for scheduled cohorts
- Oversee program activities to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations
- Evaluate, assess and track all aspects of programming and make quality improvements as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of case notes and all documentation required by staff are in audit ready condition
- Provide staff with supervision, training, and follow-up support to help them achieve program objectives
- Creation and distribution of program performance reports
- Ensure all data systems and tracking are up to date and data integrity is maintained
- Build a data informed culture to drive decision making and iterate on program design
- Ensure all programming aligns to a person-centered approach
- Other various duties as assigned by AV(Associate Vice President)
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Minimum BA degree preferred with 3-5 years previous experience in Workforce Development secto preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Proficient in using and analyzing data to track program activities and deliverables
- Excellent computer skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook 365, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce and/or database administration
