Program Analyst Associate
Wage Rate: $17.03/hour
(SCA Labor Category)

Position Location: CHESAPEAKE, VA
Must pass thorough background check. Security clearance not required, but preferred.

The Program Analyst Associate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program in support of various Communication Systems Modernization (CSM) projects on SACSS to include:

• Assists administrative tasks including maintaining a wide variety of financial and other (physical and electronic) records.
• Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, compiles information, and handles and adjusts complaints.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Experience: With degree, requires two years of related finance or business analysis experience. Without a degree, substitution is an additional six years of relevant education, training or work experience in addition to required experience of two years (total of 6-8 years experience).

Wage: This position is an SCA labor category position and has a non-negotiable wage rate mandated by the Department of Labor at $17.03 per hour. This is explained in the interview process.
