Kingdom Clean LLC is a Christian based, family oriented cleaning service on the path to becoming the number one janitorial service in the Oakland County area. In order to accelerate our growth and get there, we are seeking a house cleaner to define and execute the vision of Kingdom Clean LLC. This role consist of engaging clients & customer service, detailed oriented & hard working, clean conscious & focused individuals seeking growth opportunities. We are a small company attempting to find and hire energetic, eager staff seeking areas of promotion. If you're passionate about cleaning and knows what it takes to drive clients to Kingdom Clean LLC- we want you!

You'll work in a fast paced, rapidly growing, customer oriented and operational environment. This role demands bold innovative persective with a high attention to detail, a stubborn refusal to not settle for mediocrity, a polite and compassionate mindset that keeps the clients first in mind.

What you will be doing?

Cleaning residential and commercial facilities in a complete and thorough manner.

Providing exceptional customer service and supercede all clients expectations.

Providing clients with a wonderful cleaning experience.

Managing product intake and handling light machinery.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships and working in a team.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation

Must have some customer service experience

Strong organizational skills, must be able to work with a team and independently

Must be able to problem solve and think quickly on your feet

A bold decision maker, able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment '

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear a mask unless you have proof of full vaccination. All employees are required to wash hands for 20 seconds prior to cleaning home and after. All employees are required to Sanitize hands and equipment leaving the home.
