Production Welder
Job description
Metal Services of Blooming Prairie, Inc. is looking for a skilled production welder to join our team. Must be able to cut and join metals with precision from technical drawings and verbal instruction. The ideal candidate can work solo or as a team. Strong knowledge of all types of welding processes. Familiar with Mild Steel, Stainless and Aluminum. Knowledge of working with welding tools and equipment. Skilled in operating power and hand tools. Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature. Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to lift in excess of fifty pounds. Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
