A third generation family seed company. Focused on producing and providing farmers with some of the best seed corn and soybean seed. We have an opening for a full-time team member.

Production Team Member/ General Farm Labor

Responsibilities

· Be able to safely operate and maintain farm and seed plant facilities and equipment

· Process and package seed , warehouse and distribute

· Supervise detasseling crews

· Perform other duties as assigned

Key Attributes

· General mechanical aptitude

· Able to work overtime during peak seasons

· Previous agricultural experience or related field preferred but not required

· Reliable, punctual and good time management skills

· Computer skills or ability to learn

· Be able to work without direct supervision to accomplish goals and meet schedules

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Must be 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license

· Able to lift 65 lbs.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
