About the position: Be the hub within the wheel of our state of the art machine shop. Work closely with departments leads and management to insure that we deliver quality products on time. Schedule machinery, plan labor, manage and use reports, hold meetings, review shop performance, assist and or lead lean initiatives, and more. Be the "go -to" person.

About you: You work well in a team environment. You are a self-starter that likes to make things better and enjoy working in a place where your ideas are appreciated and supported. You like to keep things organized and like to keep busy. You work very well with others. You have at least 3 years’ experience working in a metal shop in a leadership role.
