Magna, Eagle Bend Manufacturing is hiring and experienced Assembly Supervisor To supervise the Assembly activities of the production floor in order to exceed customer expectations. Shift:
- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Pay:
- Compensation: Deem Salary Based on Experience and education. OT available after 46 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Individual must have ability to supervise general manufacturing processes and team members
- Monitor quality issues toward our goal of zero defects
- Improve efficiency by reducing set-up times and reduce scrap
- Monitor and address safety & environmental concerns on the shop floor
- Maintain work areas to meet and exceed customer requirements
- Ability to motivate team members and set a good example
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Welding/assembly & metal fabrication
- Roll forming background helpful but not required
- Computer proficiency
- Manufacturing in the Automotive Business Preferred but not required
SKILLS:
- Individual must be a good communicator and a good listener
- Must have good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up and changeovers, safety, and quality issues
- Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
- Ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues
- must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to move throughout the plant
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds may be require
