Summary

Provides leadership, direction, supervision and guidance for all Rejuvenation and Regeneration plant production activities. Support management with production data and ensuring best product quality standards for each customer project. Ensure excellent safety performance throughout the complete production process.

*Signing Bonus Eligibility: New Employees hired after 7/12/22 must work for 90 days or 520 hours, whichever comes first to receive the $2000 sign-on bonus.

Essential Duties:

  • Follow and help implement all safety procedures
  • Provide input on plant related improvements (i.e., safety, process, logistics, etc.)
  • Oversee and provide direction and support to other production operators
  • Responsible for the accurate completion of QA/QC daily paperwork
  • Perform daily checks on equipment for proper operation
  • Keep area clean and presentable at all times
  • Able to effectively fill in for Shift Supervisors in their absence
  • Alert supervisor of major process deviations
  • Collect and properly label samples of chemical solutions
  • Operate plant visualization software associated with both production and wastewater
  • Assist in training of new or promoted operators
  • Assist shift supervisor with daily activities

Additional Duties:

  • Special projects as assigned
  • Communicate equipment problems and assist in repairs as needed

Requirements

  • Responsible for providing a safe environment for all employees, visitors, and temporary labor
  • Able to manage and lead employees functioning in various capacities
  • Ability to motivate employees to achieve daily goals
  • Ability to train new employees and existing employees as it relates to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Experience with conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Strong multitasking/time management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Able to work in all areas associated with regeneration, including wastewater treatment
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, PLC knowledge preferred
  • Able to work in an industrial environment containing stairs, platforms, and ladders
  • Minimum 2-year degree/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment required
  • Chemical handling experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required
  • OSHA and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Work in an environment with high noise levels.
  • Work in an environment that is not climate controlled. Physical mobility and agility due to exposure to prolonged physical activity required.
  • May require working in a rotating shift environment including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection, safety harness, and full protection suit as well as common protective or safety equipment including, but not limited to, safety shoes, eye protection, hand protection, hearing protection, hard hats, etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
