Schedule: Monday through Thursday - 12 Hour Shift (48 hrs per week)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
· Ensure line staffing needs are met for your shift by assisting Team Coordinators in creating/managing
team Labor Schedules
· Improve the capability of your team through coaching and training
· Ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed including but not limited to hold and release
procedures- accident investigations- when-down-do.
· Drive line efficiencies and quality measures through Continuous Improvement of systems and results
· Own the team shift plan and supports team members as needed
· Organizes resources and manages flow to work throughout the shift as needed
· Complete and identify gaps using the Oscar Boards to drive hourly success during your shift. Execute
escalation of actions and follow-ups
· Participates in and ensure the team results and needs are captured in all DDS meetings
· Participates in Line Team Weekly/Monthly reviews with leadership.
· Meets regularly with individual(s) being coached to share observations and to identify help needed.
· Actively engage other leaders to identify and eliminate critical barriers to progress.
· Emphasizes implementation of root cause systemic countermeasures to address losses utilizing power
hour format
· Recognizes and celebrates successes
· Sets and maintains line standards
· Requests resources for the team/ line as needed
· Lead / Facilitate Level 1 DDS Meetings (team huddle meetings)
· Attend Level 2 DDS Meetings for assigned Line
· Proactively engaged with providing updates to previous and following shifts utilizing Oscar Boards
· Communicate all line personnel performance issues with Line Lead
· Perform planned predictive- preventative- and breakdown maintenance on all equipment and machinery
responsibility area- using knowledge of high-speed machinery- mechanisms- basic power transmission
components- pneumatic devices- basic hydraulics- and electrical devices to observe and troubleshoot line
or process. Write work orders when needed.
· Must be able to operate all primary and packaging equipment and coach others on equipment operation.
· Must be able to perform all Quality checks and update tracking systems (i.e. ZARPAC- Quality Suites-
PCR’s)
· Coordinates product changeovers according to production schedule.
· Analyzes downtime and equipment failures. Plans- as well as documents line/process repairs. Prioritize
needs with Maintenance Lead.
· This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values.
· Adhere to all safety and environmental policies- procedures and compliance programs.
· Work toward achieving an injury free environment.
· Assist Team Coordinators and Line Leads with Payroll compliance by communicating labor movements
and attendance issues · Drive to ensure proper and safe sanitation practices during sanitation down times. · Lead projects identified on the RAIL to drive process improvement for the department. · Execute pre-operational inspections to audit sanitation as assigned · Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Computer experience. Leadership experience. Machine Operator experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules- operating and maintenance instructions- and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one and group situations. Must be able to read and interpret op-codes- instructions- forecasts and other work-related documents- write clearly and legibly.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions- percentages- rates- area- circumference- and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to real world situations.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written- oral- diagram- or schedule form.
