Volt Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring Production Operators to work with our client, an American life sciences company that provides consumables for the entire laboratory workflow.

As a Production Operator you will:
- Assist packaging and filling team with all operations throughout the department
- Verify label accuracy and liquid accuracy
- Manually pack components into final kits
- Aid in the operation of various filling machines using pipetting tools and manual liquid handling techniques
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Occasionally work with different temperature requirements; -20 degrees, -80 degrees and dry ice
Production Operator candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Strong attendance record
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to stand/bend up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to wear required PPE (lab coat, nitrile gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
Pay for these positions starts at $16.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Multiple Shifts available
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Cleanroom experience
- Experience working with Pipettes
- 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement
- SAP
