- Safely operating production machinery
- Working effectively within a work team and collaborate with other teams

- Following processes and procedures to ensure production of quality products to attain company goals
- Have good attendance and be willing to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Possess High School Diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Experience with a production reporting system
- Basic computer skills

This posting is for a Production Operator position at 3M Old Hickory. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time. Qualified applicants may be considered as Production Operator openings occur at 3M Old Hickory, and 3M will accept applications for up to 6 months from the posting date of this requisition.
