We are immediately hiring a Production Manager, for our Aliquippa Manufacturing facility. You will lead safety, quality and productivity objectives, together with driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and technical capability.

Responsibilities

• 
  Ensure compliance with all Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements
• Champion an environment of continuous improvement utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Partner with Engineering and Maintenance Teams to ensure equipment efficiency and project (continuous improvement, capital, etc.) completion.
• Partner with R&D to support new product production and production quality
• Periodically organize quality audits to review conformance to requirements.
• Support business development by ensuring timely transition of new products into the production process
• Development and implementation of manufacturing plans based on company strategy.
• Management of capital projects.
• Actively develop staff. Promote a positive, inclusive and responsible culture

Required Experience:

• 
  Five (5) - Ten (10) years’ experience in manufacturing operations
• Extensive and successful track record in managing high quality batch and / or blending operations
• Minimum five (5) years’ supervisory or leadership experience
• Understanding of Lean concepts such as process mapping and waste elimination
• Experience in cost and capital budget management
• Proven track record of ability to handle multiple priorities, be results driven and self-motivated.
• Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills - demonstrates a solution driven attitude
• Excellent listening and team building skills are essentially. Demonstrates empathy and diplomacy
• Must possess sound business judgment and be decisive
• Good financial management, change management, and conflict management skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Demonstrates ARDEX Growth Mindset Organizational competencies: Innovation, Open Mindedness, Collaboration, Agility, Initiating Action and Execution, Ownership, and cascades throughout the business
• Must be able to lift to 55 pounds.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (BS in an Engineering discipline), or relevant work experience.
