A Day in the Life

The Production Manager will manage the critical path process to assure all quality, delivery and IMU targets are met. They will oversee all phases of the production process from vendor management and costing through adherence to the critical path timing and action.

• Manage the integrated calendar and assure all milestones events are executed
• Maintain vendor relations and strategic vendor partnerships with factories and raw materials sourcing
• Manage Costing Negotiations to achieve IMU objectives
• Integrate with Quality Assurance functions for continuous improvement
• Support sustainability goals and company initiatives inclusive of materials and factory

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or related work experience
• 5+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in production management
• 2+ years managing and leading a high performing work team
• Experience in apparel or home soft goods within a multi-channel environment
• Proven negotiation skills
• Able to think strategically and align with internal and external customers and suppliers
