Position Summary: Boisset Collection is looking for an experienced and driven Production Coordinator to join the dynamic and fast-moving Raymond Production team. This individual will play an integral role within a small team, responsible for all aspects of bulk shipment, workflow communication and coordination between company entities, work order creation and data entry assistance for Cellar Master. Strong communication skills and acute attention to detail will be critical to the success of this role. This position has a high responsibility level and reports to the Cellar Master.Essential Duties:
Coordinate Bulk Wine Shipments between Boisset facilities, to include Raymond, SBF, Elizabeth Spencer Winery, and DeLoach; coordinate shipments for new bulk wine purchases by Boisset going to any of the above mentioned four facilities
Manage communication between Precision and Raymond, assisting Raymond Cellar Master to plan and schedule custom processing needs for Precision.
Assist Raymond Cellar Master with work order creation and data entry into AMS.
Verify blend work orders within AMS match the blend request form sent out by winemakers.
Work with winemakers and Cellar Master to refine or write new procedures related to cellar work at Raymond and SBF. Assist with training the cellar team on these formalized procedures.
Assist Cellar Master with all other related tasks, including chemical ordering, pick up, and receipt.
COVID: Ensure team members comply with all COVID Safety Protocol put in place by Boisset Collection, including as policies change and update.
Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in safety training and report all unsafe conditions or work practices.
Participate in team efforts and perform additional duties as needed.
Experience & Skills:
Winery Production experience highly preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to effectively communicate with all team members, within the winery and with other locations.

Required Skills:
Language: Ability to speak and understand basic English required for all positions.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as memos, instructions, policies and manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to present information effectively to groups of customers and/or employees, and participate in one-on-one and small group situations. Excellent communications skills and a positive attitude are a plus.
Math:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, using standard American units of currency, weight, volume, and/or distance. Ability to recognize and correct inaccuracies when using calculator or computer spreadsheet. Ability calculate items such as discounts, commissions, simple interest, percentages, areas, circumference, and volume.
Logic:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to a variety of tasks and duties. Ability to adapt to minor changes in routine, solve basic problems, and work with moderate supervision. A self- starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Computer:
Possess strong computer skills which can include e-mail, internet, word processing, spreadsheet and basic database activity.
Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses:
Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or
2-4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current, valid Driver’s License, insurable driving record, and proof of current automobile insurance required.
Physical Requirements:
Light-moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with the fingers. May require lifting and moving objects up to 40 lbs in weight. Clear vision, close and distant, and ability to adjust focus. Hearing adequate for telephone and office level conversation.
Work Environment:
An indoor and outdoor environment with variable lighting, temperature and/or ventilation. Areas may or may not be heated, air-conditioned, or shaded. Outdoor periods frequently required in changing weather conditions. Exposure to fumes and/or a variety of chemicals. Moderate to high noise levels typical of machinery, power tools, vehicles, and other equipment. (Note: PPE provided for all workers.)
Schedule and Travel Requirements:
Regular business schedule: Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed and per approval.
Local travel required as needed (Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino & San Joaquin Counties)
The position does not typically require overnight travel.
