This is a 3rd shift position

Hollow Fan Blades (HFB) is seeking a highly motivated, technically talented individual, who has a true desire to lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support our HFB business unit as a Cell Leader. In this role you will be providing direction to skilled bargaining unit employees to meet customer and financial requirements, as well as leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, you will lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction throughout the production process. In conjunction to daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication and execution with support group members is critical to the department’s success.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience that includes shop floor/operations/ manufacturing/production environment OR High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years’ experience that includes shop floor/operations/ manufacturing/production environment
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
