Production Associate is responsible for safely, accurately, and productively performing assigned job functions in the Brake Relining Center (BRC).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inspects power industrial equipment (PIE) before operation
- Handles machinery that cleans the lining of the brake shoe
- Cleans the grim and rust off brake shoe before placing in washer
- Inspects the lining of the brake shoe
- Attends daily pre-shift meeting
- Completes assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift in excess of 100 pounds when needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions given by the BRC Advisor
- Ability to work in a production environment that's loud and greasy
