Immediate hire for qualified applicants! Pepper Source Rogers is increasing our team with new production lines and full-time employment opportunities. Positions available include:
Packager. Portion Control Packagers work closely with Machine Operators to verify quantity, quality, and labeling of products: ensuring correct box type, box liners, and packaging methods are used per customer specifications.
Batch Mixer. Mixers blend ingredients into custom products by verifying ingredients, loading ingredients into mixer, and adjusting valves or devices during the mixing process.
Mixer/Sanitation. Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing, and helps keep working areas in production departments of industrial establishment in a clean and orderly condition. Duties include verifying/loading ingredients, starting/operating machines to reach desired product consistency, and sanitizing tanks for next batch.

Requirements
- Working overtime and altered work schedules are required as deemed necessary by management. This may include working more than 8 hours per day, and more than 5 days per week to meet production requirements.
- While performing the duties of the above jobs, an employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; an employee also must be able to climb above floor height and work with food ingredients containing common allergens.
