Description

Operate various types of robotic equipment, or perform secondary operations to produce automobile components of the highest quality.

Perform required checks and maintain all data necessary to provide the highest degree of quality including good parts, scrap parts and any other data necessary. Produce parts to required standards. Maintain a clean / safe working area. Follow all plant safety procedures. Complete required paperwork. Follow all TS16949 procedures.

May be called upon to assist in other duties as needed to insure quality level of facility activities. Responsible for all customer specific requirements where applicable, including those referenced in the QMS manuals.

Accountability:

Position is required to ensure all products produced meets quality standards: that quality charts and traceability forms are accurately completed. And productivity and housekeeping are up to standards.

Job Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and/or walk for long periods of time, reach and grasp parts, bend and twist body and perform repetitive activities. Must have some experience in the manufacturing setting and have the ability to visually inspect parts. Employee must be able to clearly communicate tooling, maintenance and any other needs to supervision and/or management.
