Compensation is base salary. We also offer Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Benefits Package, Life Insurance & 401K Savings Plan).


We are looking for a skilled Assembler to assist with production assembly in our Houston facility. This position requires ability to perform basic assembly of mechanical and electronic components. The Production assembler is also responsible for assisting with various tasks associated with manufacturing.


Responsibilities

  • Read and comprehend instructions to follow established procedures
  • Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
  • Assemble production parts by hand or use power tools to drill, attach parts
  • Affix labels, logos, and other exterior details to products
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines
  • Keep production area clean and organized
  • Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor
  • Any additional duties as required

Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret basic drawings and work instructions
  • Technical knowledge working with electronic components an asset
  • Pays close attention to details
  • Ability to use power tools safely and effectively
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Works efficiently and manages time effectively
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small and delicate product parts
  • Familiar with all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
