The Samsung global services team is responsible for driving Smart TV and mobile services businesses
by building intelligent, integrated, cross-platform services that delight and entertain users.

Samsung TV Plus is Samsungs direct-to-consumer OTT video service featuring ad-supported linear
channels and ad-supported VOD. In the US, TV Plus launched in April 2018 and is currently available
on 2016-Present models of Samsung Smart TVs and recent Galaxy mobile devices.

As the Asset Management Sr. Specialist for TV Plus, you will ensure that TV Plus provides a premium
viewing experience for its users. The role oversees content from initial preparation and ingestion
through end-user playback. TV Plus is in the midst of an exciting period of growth and development,
and seeks an experienced individuals who will drive execution during this critical phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboard digital assets and metadata from content providers into the TV Plus ecosystem
• Maintain up-to-date asset records through internal tracking systems for cross-departmental

access and historical records

• Collaborate with internal teams and across departments regarding asset deliveries, status, and

priorities, ensuring assets are on time and available for our O&O Channels and VOD.

• Communicate with Content Providers from on-boarding to final asset delivery. Effectively

communicating our Asset Specifications, Timelines and delivery methods. Working with them
to make sure their assets meet our standards and resolve any rejections that may come up.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related work experience required
• 5-7 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant operational experience (asset

management experience a plus)

• Firm understanding of linear television channels and VOD ecosystems required
• Self-starter with extreme diligence and a keen eye for details
• Proven ability to create organized, efficient processes from chaos and complexity in a rapidly

expanding platform

• Passion for new practices and trends on streaming technologies, video codecs, closed captions

formats, color grading, and content delivery

• Excellent collaborator with ability to effectively communicate across divisions and language

barriers
