Why We’re Hiring*
We’re looking for a Product Researcher with experience in conducting user research, user testing, synthesizing findings and ideating methodical solutions. This role will work on our product team and will be responsible for assisting with NTWRK’s product roadmap.

What You'll Do*

• Take ownership of user research and user testing, create test scripts and prototypes, and synthesize findings into strong qualitative insights
• Conduct and lead research projects from start to finish
• Help develop constructive product roadmaps that keeps the user experience top of mind
• Solve hard problems that only NTWRK faces due to our combination of live video content and e-commerce
• Collaborate and work closely with our product and design teams to share your insights and strategy
• Share actionable opportunities that support both the user and our organization
• Participate in defining the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for our products with our EPD team
• Work with our data team to run A/B tests and propose experience design explorations that our data is pointing to
• Work with the design team to extend our design system, UX patterns, and behaviors

Who You Are

• An expert in product research, management, user flow and experience, UX, and good experience with visual design
• You care about details, your creative, and always keep motivating your team to stay to course and exceed deadlines
• Proactively run our user testing program, and deliver qualitative insights and design solutions with minimal guidance
• Qualitative and Quantitative research skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can defend your strategy and findings using user feedback and best practice
• Think in systems and are able to extend shared patterns, behaviors, and insights
• Have experience working at a digital tech/product-driven company
• Robust examples of research deliverables
