Job description
The Ecommerce Product Owner reports into the Director of Ecommerce and will help oversee the site experience for Camping World's ecommerce sites. This individual should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management. The Ecommerce Product owner will work cross functionally to develop, test and implement best practices of site design, UX/UI, project management, AB testing and optimization, quality assurance and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics
- Maintaining, managing, and goal-setting website KPIs
- Identifying opportunities based on analytics and suggesting strategies to achieve growth and increase site conversation rates
- Manage internal site search and product recommendations and making updates based on analytics
- Maintain site taxonomy and navigation with the goal of providing the best customer shopping experience
- Giving input into the prioritization of development tasks with the main goals of improving site performance and customer experience
- Work cross functionally to drive strategy and prioritization of SEO tasks

Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on a high quality of work.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce product management
- Strategic knowledge of ecommerce retail landscape
- Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Capacity to scope, manage, and QA more than one project simultaneously through your direct reports
- Proven ability of leading by example with positive attitude and creating personal growth for team members.
