We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager that is curious about storytelling and has a passion for K-12 education. This role will focus on our educational services offerings (e.g., instructional intervention, professional development, administrative services), helping to drive go-to-market strategies and community experiences with academic stakeholders.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for building a dynamic go-to-market playbook and creating relevant messaging of various packaged solutions to reach customers where they are along the sales funnel. In addition, this position develops strong sales enablement material and solutions content, including supporting materials for business development efforts. The Product Marketing Manager also helps position these solutions effectively internally and externally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bridge the gap between identification of a pain point and selection of a solution while empathizing with the customer.
2. Collaborate and partner with Demand Generation Marketing Team, Sales, and Product stakeholders.
3. Define the go-to-market process, including cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project execution.
4. Deliver value through the applicable business community to help speed the flow of information and engagement to our customers, prospects, partners, and internal associates.
5. Moderate and contribute to community platform, while leveraging key metrics to identify areas of opportunity and growth.
6. Coordinate with community vendors, integration partners, and technical resources as needed.
7. Build and maintain sales enablement material to communicate the value proposition and key differentiators of products/solutions.
8. Own content marketing development to support engagement efforts and to provide ongoing support for demand gen messaging and campaigns.
9. Manage customer retention-focused campaign efforts, including product-related updates, enhancements, events, or other areas of opportunity that can drive product adoption/utilization.
10. Partner closely with the applicable brand strategy team to manage product positioning, messaging, and brand assets.
11. Serve as the subject matter expert, across the business, on customer sentiment, buying criteria, and retention drivers for assigned focus area.
12. Present about solutions or industry trends to both external and internal audiences as needed.
Candidates wage for this role: $75,000-$80,000

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred).

EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 3-5+ years of marketing experience, or equivalent.
2. Marketing automation technology experience preferred.
