Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead revenue growth as a part of the company’s strategic product launches and initiatives. PMM will lead revenue growth for Ancillary and Non-Core Products. PMM will manage demand generation strategy for these products as well as new products in pipeline throughout engagement touch points of customer journey. Blending creativity and analytic rigor, s/he will develop and launch campaigns and enhancements of digital and off-line customer touch points to deliver revenue growth targets for ancillary and non-core products. S/he is comfortable in strategic decision-making as well as hands-on activities. S/he is a natural relationship-builder with the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholders and get them excited about marketing initiatives for the growth of ancillary, non-core, and new products initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and launch ancillary and non-core product strategy through key digital and off-line customer touch-point channels to deliver revenue growth goals
  • Optimize marketing budget and resource throughout customer journey touch points to create and deliver demand generation strategy for product revenue growth
  • Own performance marketing KPI’s, hit and exceed ancillary, non-core and new products’ revenue growth targets through digital engagement strategy while driving towards cost-efficient growth
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally in developing and launching ancillary, non-core and new products’ demand generation strategy

What we're looking for:

  • Require min. of 5 years of experience in delivering B2C revenue growth through a blend of digital and off-line channels, particularly demand generation strategy for products and services
  • Experience in leading internal and external team plus

Skills and abilities you should have:

  • Demonstrated successes in delivering revenue growth through digital channels, including forecasting, managing, tracking, and pacing marketing budgets with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proven track record of driving consistent revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs
  • Having an experience in start-up and/or entrepreneurially driven business environment plus
  • Strong sense of ownership moving from strategy to hands-on mindset
  • Hunger for growth, motivated by hitting daily, weekly, and monthly metric targets, able to think creatively as well as proactively address challenges to deliver on revenue growth goals
  • Excellent analytical skills for robust data driven decision-making process in distilling data into KPIs, telling stories using data
  • Advanced experience in Google Analytics and suite of digital analytic tools plus
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in travel industry plus, but not required
