POSITION SUMMARY

Diono, a leading juvenile products manufacturer based in Seattle, Washington, is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Passion, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking are shared amongst our team. We're hands-on and collaborative and take pride in our ambitious attitude.

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Product Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in digital marketing and eCommerce with a love for products who can create compelling stories and lead the development of Diono’s digital assets.

Responsibilities include overseeing, creating, and distributing product assets and campaigns for new and existing Diono products. Working with a cross-functional team and external agencies to develop compelling, market-leading digital product content. A keen understanding of the target audiences and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features are essential to being the diono go-to product expert.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing marketing and communication strategies for new and existing products

  • Communicating with engineers and developers regarding the features and functionality of a product.

  • Lead and project manage the develop of digital assets for use on diono and retail partner eCommerce platforms; Amazon, Walmart, Target, soec

  • Briefing external agencies and working with them to develop compelling and market-leading digital content; still and lifestyle photography, infographics, ATF and BTF written content, video guides and video/reels Clickbait, blog content etc.

  • Project managing new product and campaign launches

  • Build trust and create conversations with new customers through events, campaigns, and specific calls to action.

  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

  • Analyzing market and competitor trends and tracking competitor activity

  • Generating new business leads

  • Increasing product awareness and market share.

  • Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, finance, public relations, and product development.

  • Training the sales team on new products and developing supporting sales presenters.

  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and significant industry-related events.

  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Foundational marketing and campaign management experience
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects
