In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SAAS product solutions. This extends from increasing the value of existing products to developing new and innovative offerings. You are market-facing and data-driven, with an ability to translate product opportunities into clear action plans. You have strong communication and collaboration skills, can speak both business and tech, and are able to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll own the roadmap for one of our of strategic initiatives - to do that well you’ll need to:
  • Talk to customers frequently to understand their problems, formulate hypotheses and de-risk assumptions, and ensure that your team’s solutions create real customer value.
  • Gather and distill customer feedback into opportunities and insights and effectively translate that into an evidence driven, outcome based roadmap.
  • Partner with design and engineering to research, design and deliver validated features that help provide data transparency to the commercial real estate industry.
  • Have a “get stuff done” mindset working with your team to keep processes lightweight to flesh out the ideas with your team, create user stories, track the adoption metrics and success, and share out the results company-wide.

You Will Be a Fit For This Role If:

  • You have experience building products in B2B Enterprise SaaS for 1+ years, Fintech or Proptech a plus.
  • You have at least 2-3 years experience building software products.
  • You can energize, communicate, and build rapport with all levels and teams within an organization.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions quickly and autonomously, and shifting directions as needed.
  • You are can take candid feedback well and are looking to grow your skill sets.
  • You are an expert at gathering and synthesizing multiple perspectives, figuring out the most important thing, and driving the team and all your stakeholders to get it done.

It would be nice if you had:

  • A background in commercial real estate so you can deeply understand our users.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools to derive customer insights.
  • Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
