CHG is looking for an innovative Product Manager to join our Digital organization, focused on products that improve the lives of healthcare providers while helping to elevate CHG’s award winning service. As a Product Manager dedicated within Credentialing, you’ll be helping to provide highly qualified health professionals in the areas where care is needed. You will help define the strategy to improve our customers’ experience and internal outcomes by turning data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, creating a vision and roadmap, and defining success metrics. This role will need to collaborate and build cross functional relationships and drive consensus among stakeholders to plan and deliver releases.

• Identify API opportunities and requirements based on the needs of our internal and external consumers
• Guide product improvements and refine the product roadmap with new ideas based on collaboration with your team, stakeholders and other product teams to deliver solutions that meet your product and business goals
• Create user stories and provide any other required input and direction needed from product
• Manage the backlog and keep your team engaged in building the highest priority features and enhancements
• Collaborate with your product manager peers and across other product teams to share knowledge and ensure a holistic end-to-end user experience

• Experience in creating, launching and maintaining API services
• Must possess the ability to work across multiple corporate divisions and all levels of associates and management to build collaborative partnerships
• Excellent data analysis and ability to make data-driven product decisions that support business objectives

• 3+ year experience of Product Management experience

• Previous experience working as part of a large enterprise in the healthcare industry
