JOB DESCRIPTION – Product Management Specialist (100% remote)

Gordon Sinclair is looking for a highly skilled Product Management Specialist with previous experience working in data entry within the promo industry. This role is responsible for the management of promo products throughout its lifecycle, but also online content, tracking user data, translating that data into actionable goals, and serving as project manager for ongoing enhancing of our online channels. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development/maintenance/presentation products for specific sales initiatives, client business reviews, product launch, and branding initiatives
• Strong role in the development of digital catalogs and flyers
• Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to obtain data and images to support product launches for Gordon Sinclair
• Oversee product collections and filters on the website
• Manage GTM activities around new product launches working across function and marketing operations to align plans and timing
• Build deep understanding of products and brands to understand unique business insights and opportunities
• Provide metrics around product data, catalog and other marketing initiatives when needed
• Create and maintain processes related to all the responsibilities above

Requirements and Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in product management; preferably within the promotional industry
• Strong computer skills, especially spreadsheets
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Google Analytics, Zoom preferred
• Ability to drive the creative process to meet the needs of a sales team
• Working knowledge of ESP/SAGE product research software platform
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Ability to work independently or team as required by the task or project
