We’re currently looking for:
A designer with a key sense for simple, effective interaction designs that address user needs and business concerns. This person will create designs using interaction design tools like Framer to communicate necessary ideas to the business while also allowing for usability testing with users. A focus on collaboration and experience working across teams (product/business, development/engineering) is a main requirement of this role and any similar experience is beneficial.
Fellowship Outcomes:

Get the opportunity to expand knowledge in a variety of production workflows of creating and organizing design assets using various industry standard tools like Sketch, Abstract, and Invision.

Work independently and collaboratively to complete design projects on RingCentral Apps.

Immerse yourself in our design system and show continuity through all design projects.

Work through product design cycles from discovery to interaction design to visual design.

Learn details about utilizing a design system and working with a larger design team

Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to prepare specs for development.
Other valued skills and experience:

Studying Interaction Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or something similar.

Experience managing multiple projects/priorities

Understanding of user-centered design

Strong Communication skills

Proficiency in key design applications,

Pen and paper, whiteboard and marker

Wireframes and Visual design tools like Sketch, Illustrator, Framer

Prototyping tools such as Invision and Framer
-
Communication tools including RingCentral, Slack, and Google Suite

Availability:
-
Full-time, 40 hours [4-month fellowship]

Must be available to start on October 3, 2022
