The targeted hiring range is: $119,610-$146,190 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates outside of the range listed above are encouraged to apply and will be considered based upon their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery through the entire lifecycle with a cross-functional team empowered to pursue the best solution to their customers’ needs and problems.
  • Work at a strategic level to understand the product roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager & other key product team roles to build a technology plan considering non-functional requirements, timelines, constraints, resourcing, and budget across legacy and modern technologies that make up the product ecosystem.
  • Manage the relationship between technology leadership to facilitate & communicate any coaching or support needed for team members from functional managers.
  • Collaborate & communicate across technology leadership, resource requests beyond the established dedicated team.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships required to deliver on the product vision.
  • Deep understanding of the product team’s systems, processes, priorities, and technologies while representing these aspects to all levels of leadership.
  • Find and drive process improvements with the team for increasing efficiency of the delivery process and quality of deliverables to meet & exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish appropriate metrics to help build, over time, a more consistent measure of delivery with ScrumMaster.
  • Responsible for establishing and driving efficient communication and collaboration path with other teams, and being the escalation point when impediments cause risk to delivery.
  • Guide teams to do their work in a way that minimizes key-person dependencies and knowledge silos.
  • Ability to hold teams accountable for achieving product goals.
  • Manage problem resolution, risk, and dependencies blocking the team from achieving desired solutions and facilitate timely action plans with the Product Manager, Scrum Master & other stakeholders.
  • Oversight of production issues; seeking to engage the appropriate people who need to help resolve the issue as urgently as possible with facilitation from Scrum Master.
Qualifications:
  • Product/Project Management experience (or leading initiatives on a technical level from design to delivery).
  • Technical solution design experience and execution (delivery) experience are essential in a cloud-based environment.
  • Agile leadership experience is a must, preferably in a Scrum environment.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Able to communicate with different levels of audience from general user to senior executive.
  • Passion and experience for being a Coach/Mentor/Teacher to product teams.
