The Product Content Manager is responsible for the administration and support of the Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities and Master Data Management (MDM) processes to include the importation, delivery and support of all supplier product data available. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the Suppliers, Product Management, IT and Marketing teams; including, problem-solving, monitoring and PIM/MDM systems related change control. Overall, the Product Content Manager will be responsible for achieving digitally ready product data and associated data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create and communicate project plans in a timely manner and facilitate data collection requirements for PIM
- Manage supplier relationships, expectations, and training related to the business process as it pertains to TruckPro's PIM solution
- Administer and maintain the PIM platform including, but not limited to, managing multiple user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, work-flows and third-party integrations
- Drive the creation and continuous improvement of the business process to include: project plans, data collection, digital consumption, identify industry trends, and work to improve the speed, accuracy and robustness of product data to maximize search results
- Work with internal business partners to define and improve processes. procedures, and product enhancements
- Develop and implement reporting capabilities
- Partner with IT to create and maintain dashboards and processes to monitor product readiness
- Create and maintain documentation on processes
- Aid in the areas of system data clean up, extraction and mass changes
- Partner with the appropriate team members to troubleshoot PIM system integration errors
- Assess the operational status and communicate impact of any Product Data related decisions
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 5 plus years of relevant business experience
- 3+ years experience (preferred) with product information management solutions and processes in a retail, E-commerce environment
- Able to work cross-functionally and independently with strong leadership, management, communication and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Must be able to organize and prioritize workload and drive to timeline completion
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly visible role
- Experience with Master Data Management techniques and best practices
- Experience with a PIM solution: portal upload/importing, maintenance and working with suppliers and internal business partners
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Proven project management track record involving multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel
