Description

We are actively recruiting a Product Analyst, Care Management, for the Product team. This role will be focused on collaborating with clinical care teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to support the RenalIQ Care roadmap. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively with Clinical, Operations, and Technology to translate needs into technical requirements and effective features.

This position is a remote position with the option to work out of our headquarters office in Vienna, Virginia and will report to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities:

• Work with program development, operations, and clinical care teams to build alignment on product roadmap
• Assess user needs, perform market research, and gather business needs and suggest new features
• Break down the product roadmap into epics, features, and user stories / acceptance criteria
• Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies and thinking about all aspects of the product, from defining business problems to implementation
• Develops release notes, product presentations, training, and communication materials
• Define metrics for product success and track performance (e.g., adoption metrics, user satisfaction, etc.)
• Assist in triaging and troubleshooting application issues
• Contributes to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid iteration

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preference for concentration in global health, health management, engineering, or business
• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in the Healthcare space • Acute attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and external parties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Solid technical background including proficiency with SQL
• Self-starter who will take initiative and be proactive when there are multiple priorities
• Ability to handle ambiguity and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strategic solution-seeker who sees opportunities when others see barriers
• Experience working with vulnerable patient populations (ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), pediatrics, geriatrics, minorities, low income, uninsured, etc.)
