Job description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join a global team to perform a user support and query management role within a fast paced environment.
This diverse role will require a solid understanding of the end to end procurement and accounts payable processes in order to assist and train business users.
Core Responsibilites
- Responding to internal (staff) and external (supplier) queries via telephone and ticketing platform
- providing one on one system training to staff and suppliers as required
- actioning system administrator requests to progress transactions
- building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and peers globally
- building and developing a strong partnership with our offshore global team
- driving and improving locally maintained processes
- identifying opportunities to streamline existing processes and generate efficiencies.
- payment operations approval step for tax payments.
- supporting key projects for the region.
If you have experience of working in an accounts payable function preferably with Coupa / Concur/ Oracle Fusion/ Service Now and are looking for an opportunity iin a fast adapting and agile work environment then we would love to hear from you
