Wheels-Donlen, the 2nd largest Fleet Management company in the US, is seeking a Procurement Manager who will own one of our largest direct spend categories ($100mm+). We are seeking a procurement / strategic sourcing professional with strong analytic, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills. Please note this role is both client and vendor facing so will require someone to be in office 2 and sometimes 3 days per week for client/vendor meetings. The primary location for this role is Des Plaines.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years related business experience
• Minimum 6-8 years procurement or supply chain management experience, including contract negotiation experience
• Minimum 3-5 years operational excellence or quality management experience
• Supply chain certification (preferred)
• Relationship management experience
• Results oriented to drive financial results and customer satisfaction
• Manage supplier performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
