Description:The Process Lead at Retail Rebel/Revlogical is an assisting member of the warehouse leadership team reporting to the Warehouse Production Supervisor. As a leader of sorter/pricer positions, this role is specialized in a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to training new employees, keeping the team on task, organized, maintaining efficient processes, meeting production goals, and communicating praise, concern, and employee questions to supervisors as needed..
Duties and Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

• Communicate with coworkers and management in a professional manner
• Work to enforce and follow all company policies and procedures
• Required to meet deadlines and follow written and verbal instructions
• Oversee a group of employees while doing similar work as the team
• Evaluate and establish quality standards
• Meet with Supervisor daily to address high priority items and daily order of business
• Work with sort team to set up for the day, and oversee efficiency of team providing guidance and direction throughout shift
• Monitor receiving process by verifying pallets and reconciling products for proper placement
• Train department associates within work group in safe and correct work procedures

Requirements:Working Conditions:

• Standing for the duration of your shift
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. in material weight, unassisted
• Team environment, utilizing Team Lifts as needed
• Warehouse working conditions
