We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Process Engineer. As the Process Engineer you will perform pilot engineering to validate the product process and equipment performance. This position performs the monitoring and measuring of specific objectives and targets impacting process optimization. Responsibilities will include developing process tests to help diagnose quality performance, as well as design experiments to develop products and improve quality and yields. Position reports to the Engineering Manager.Qualifications:
BS Chemical Engineering
Internship or 1-2 years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing operation
Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills
Possessing a great desire to learn and grow
