⭐⭐⭐ The Pro Shop Guest Attendant assists guests to promote all aspects of their Golf experience, including reservations, F&B, green fees, and membership.⭐⭐⭐

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, record incoming calls, and take starting time reservations
• Register players and assign them tee times, making sure all golfers sign register
• Collect all money for green fees, programs, rental, and pro shop sales issuing receipts for all transactions
• Maintains daily records of sales and reports
• Maintains a clean, and orderly Pro Shop
• Assists in the inventory and ordering of Pro Shop
• Follows established opening and closing procedures
• Confirm that guests and members abide by the company policies and procedures
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties as well as all state and local laws
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Embrace O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, and Safety culture
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
