Field Technician

Location: Fort Polk South, LA 71459

Duration: 2+ Years

The dedicated technician will be on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Varied services for supported print devices as requested by Customer (ex: Glass Cleanings, Fuser Replacement, Waste Toner Collection, Transfer Kits, Roller Cleaning & Replacements, Jam Clearing, Maint Kit Replacement, Tray Adjustments, Drum Replacements, ADF Cleaning, Print Quality Issues)
• Conduct preventative maintenance on supported print devices
• Manage spare parts and consumables inventories for supported print devices, including re-ordering
• Remove and recycle empty toner for supported print devices.
• Dispatch Service Calls to Client as needed (if unable to resolve)
• Manage Escalation with Client Manager
• Manage Unrepairable Device Replacements with Customer & Client Manager
• On-site hardware installation/de-installation services. Supplier to perform Installation and/or de-installation of printer hardware at Customer sites
• IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change or Delete) Services. This includes de• installation services, in addition to the preparation for transport such as locking down scanner bed, removing accessories and possible preparation for transport.
• Perform general maintenance checks on Fleet Devices
