Overview

TSS Production Services is dedicated to ensuring that our technology environments are best in class. Our Production Services teams runs the systems that keep BNY Mellon running. Our mission is to deliver a full IT service management lifecycle across all run-the-bank applications and infrastructure support with the purpose of providing a controlled, secure, and predictable production environment.

Role Description :
Manages a small to medium-sized team within a Production Services function involved with the planning, analysis, delivery and integration of systems and business development projects.
Manages resources and assigns tasks to the team members.
Assists team members in delivering outputs as needed.
Prepares and distributes ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
Uses a data driven approach to work with all stakeholders in order to bring about continuous process improvements, create plans to bridge process gaps, and produce data driven analyses to measure critical success factors and key performance indicators across relevant processes and services.
Manages a team of analysts.
Coaches, trains and guides stakeholders and team members.
Motivates analysts to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth.
Participates in the recruiting process; instructs, assigns, directs and reviews the work of the team; prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback.
Participates in overall team effort. Supports Production Services function and executes against strategic objectives or day to day responsibilities of their function.
Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
10-12+ years of related experience required.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
