Job Summary:

Performs professional engineering assignments in support of T&E of C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS efforts in one or more of the following disciplines: communications, electronics, communications security, network analysis, electromagnetic capability, ECM/ECCM, C2 mission analysis, IOP analysis, system standards, military operations (ground, sea and air), program analysis, or program planning. Has thorough knowledge of infrastructure, application programming, and web and software applications. Work requires thorough knowledge of concepts and recent developments in the specialty area. Provides expert consultation in one or more areas for the design, development, and implementation of technical services, products, and systems.

Job Description:

· Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

· Performs a variety of complex tasks.

· A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others.

· Typically reports to top management or executive.

· May provide consultation on complex projects and be a top-level contributor/specialist.

· Must be expert at problem solving, identifying risk, and communicating results and recommendations.

Education:

Requires a Doctorate and at least 4 years of experience or a Master’s degree or at

least 10 years of experience. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum

and experience must be related to the job duties.
