JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

The SFDC Enterprise Architect is a SalesForce technical expert and is responsible for ensuring

software strategy aligns the marketing, sales, and Customer Experience business needs to the software portfolio, through results such as software blueprints, principles, standards and guidelines, and evangelization with key business and technology partners.

This is a hands-on and highly influential technical role, providing the opportunity to build Sales related applications and solutions, and to assist our Sales team in growing our market share. Help to build out an innovative Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits services delivery platform. We are seeking someone who is highly self-motivated, hardworking, innovative, and proactive in finding solutions to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience lines of business through software architecture strategy and execution, with primary focus on solutions using SalesForce Sales Cloud, SalesForce Service Cloud.
  • Drive standardization and reuse across technology teams through architecture documentation: architecture domain bluebook, principles, standards, and guidelines; software disposition, code reviews and solution reviews.
  • Stays on top of domain software advancements, and keeps a knowledge base of current, sunset and emerging business applications, and ensures appropriate disposition and capability mapping.
  • Assists Agile Team with grooming, prioritization, work breakdown structure, test strategy.
  • Performs coding and code reviews as needed, especially when new technology, approaches, or frameworks are proposed.
  • Provide solution support for solution architects to assist with the provisioning and usage of data for business applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related study desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • Active Salesforce certifications
    • SalesForce Technical Architect Required
    • SalesForce Data Architecture and Management Designer preferred
    • SalesForce Integration Architecture Designer preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ Years hands-on experience on technical architecture/ solution development in the marketing, sales or CX domains supporting PLM, prospect management, communications campaigns, and and call center applications.
  • Several years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce configuration and Customization of various products across SFDC ecosystem: Process, Community Experience, Mobile, Lightening, Encryption, Data Object, etc is preferred.
  • Proven integration experience using integration techniques – REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On, Webhooks, etc.
  • Experience developing, collaborating, and communicating strategies and programs across variety of technical and business audiences, including C-Level executives.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solution Architectures: Conceptual, Alternative Analysis and Logical Solution.
  • Proof of concepts, tools, frameworks, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to deliver clear and concise documentation and specifications
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Great teammate with a collaborative, customer-service approach
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities
  • Willingness to mentor junior developers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Displays intellectual curiosity and integrity.
